Parents, Be part of the SMS Team!  Join the PTA!


If you are new to SMS, the PTA would like to extend a warm welcome and invitation to join the PTA.
  
Yearly membership dues are just $6.50 per member.
Membership envelopes are available in the front office.
Turn in form and fees to your student's R4 teacher.
You will receive the SMS student directory with your paid membership which lists all the students' contact information by grade.

The SMS PTA is offering space in the Handbook/Directory for messages to your student and/or business advertising.  The Directory is sent to all SMS PTA members.  Your contribution helps pay for the publication of the Directory.  Contact Jennifer Vaught with any questions.  If you are interested, please click on one of the following links to download the form:
